Cause 1 (Most Common): AC Output Button Not Pressed

EcoFlow and Bluetti units allow individual ports to be toggled on and off through the companion app. This is a useful feature — you can disable ports you’re not using to reduce phantom draw — but it also means a port can be off without any physical indicator showing it. The button light may be on, the unit appears active, but a specific port delivers nothing because someone (or a firmware update) switched it off in the app.
